(NASDAQ: TGLO) using Tango Development Studio, Oracle 8I, PL/SQL,
Javascript, XML, HTML, and various other tools. Projects include, but
are not nearly limited to:
- Architecture and implementation of several cross-registration and
login schemas which serve to maintain state between theglobe.com and
partners' web sites for seamless integration of functionality between
domains. This process utilized several encryption standards (DES,
Blowfish), HTTP Cookies, in cross-platform and cross-application server
environments.
- Development of modular functionality for "Upublish!," theglobe.com's browser based home page builder and free hosting service.
- Participated in development and implementation of 'co-branding'
theglobe.com which allows applications to assume the look and feel of a
partner's site for those sessions where the partner's users hit TGLO
applications.
- Many other projects utilizing the above technologies including day to day maintenance and bug-squashing.

Created a script using PHP utilizing Sendmail on Linux running Apache
which automated their Domain Name Registration system. This script,
integrated into their existing registration process would process a
forms' contents, format the text, and send it via Sendmail for bulk
submission to a Domain Name Registrar. It included a secure means for
configuration by the clients' in house programmers.
